Newburgh Metals

Newburgh Metals Design & Fabrication

Our History

Our story began in 2001, when we started our manufacturing operations out of a small garage. Just two years later, growing demand led us to a larger facility, where we first occupied 20,000 square feet and later expanded to 45,000 square feet within the same space.

By 2009, it was clear we needed even more room. In August of that year we purchased our current facility and expanded it to 125,000 square feet. As our clients’ businesses thrived, their successes fueled our own growth. Our expertise and personnel also grew. We often promote from within, allowing us to retain a wealth of experience. Many of our senior employees have been with us for decades, with some bringing over 40 years of industry experience. Alongside our talented team, we invested in the latest machinery and technology and broadened our services by adding powder coating to our operations.

Over the years, we have evolved from simple manufacturing to electronic assembly and contract manufacturing, dedicated to helping clients reduce costs and create efficient, shop-friendly products. At the same time, we are committed to a sustainable future by our near-total reliance on solar energy and our goal of achieving net-zero. We are also on track to achieve ISO 9001 certification, a mark of top-notch quality that aligns with our core values.

Our growth has always been driven by our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, word-of-mouth recommendations, and reliable, on-time service. These principles have shaped our path and will continue to guide us as we look to the future.

Green Manufacturing Practices

Powder coating is an environmentally friendly process. It is solvent-free and also produces less hazardous waste than conventional liquid coatings. Powder coating reduces the health risks for operators, and the powder can be easily recycled.

By powering our facility with solar energy, we offset our electricity use while promoting a more sustainable future. Additionally, Newburgh Metals currently manufactures photovoltaic racking and has already installed several megawatts to date.

To continually evolve as an environmentally friendly company, we embrace green manufacturing practices, including the recycling of our consumable materials.

All our packaging materials are baled and recycled.

We dismantle pallets in-house and repurpose the materials to create custom pallets and crates for each customer.
