Newburgh Metals Inc. is a self-service industry pioneer. Located in the Hudson Valley, we have over 30 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. We have the latest high-tech equipment in sheet metal manufacturing and machining in the New York area.

Newburgh Metals is located 60 miles North of New York City. With immediate access to interstates highways I-84 and I-87, our site is the ideal location for shipping and receiving products.

Production Control
The E2 Shop System is the industry-leading shop management software package on the market today. Our software does everything we need to track a product from start to finish, so you will always know what stage it is at.
Going Green
Powder coating is an environmentally friendly process. It is solvent-free and also produces less hazardous waste than conventional liquid coatings. Powder coating reduces the health risks for operators, and the powder can be easily recycled.
Newburgh Metals currently manufactures photovoltaic racking. With several megawatts installed to date.
Our entire facility has been updated to use high-efficiency T5 fluorescent and LED lighting.
To continually evolve into an environmentally friendly company, we take on several turn-around projects to re-use and renew our resources. Newburgh Metals does its part to keep waste material out of landfills.
Pallets are dismantled in-house and reused for custom pallets and crates specific to the part crafted for our customers.
State-of-the-art software is used to nest parts and ensure the best possible use of material. All skeletons/drops are sorted and wholly recycled.
Packaging foam from consigned parts is ground and repurposed by a local business.
All our packaging materials are baled and recycled.
